As the London Olympics draws to closed this Sunday 12 August after two weeks of intensed sports activity, St George Hall in Liverpool held its first International Food and Drink Festival on this Plateau from 9 to 19 August. St George Hall is recognised as a World Heritage building, based on Lime Street, opposite the Liverpool Rail Station at the heart of the city.
