Once you have steamed your siu mais. Use a blow torch to melt Cheese on top of siu mais. Blow torch the cheese to the consistency you prefer. This could be lightly melted to brown. For an even amazing indulgence, melt cheese over Salt and Pepper Siu Mais.

Once siu mai is cooked, deep fry it until colden brown. Dice some onions, garlic, green peppers and chilli peppers. Heat wok and add a little oil to cook the diced ingredients until lightly brown. Toss siu mai into the mix and season with sea salt, freshly ground pepper and five spice powder. An easier option is to use 1/2 tsp of Salt and Pepper Seasoning to every 6-8 siu mais. Mix in the seasoning and serve.

From chilled:
Microwave for 1-2 minutes or steam over boiling water for 15 minutes
From frozen:
Steam for 35-45 minutes. Make sure product is separated and cooked thoroughly before consuming.
Serve with soy sauce or chilli sauce.

Once sui mai is cooked, submerge in ice cold water. Drain. Skewer the siu mai as in a kebab together with chopped onions and green peppers. Wrap skewered siu mai in foil to barbecue or brown the siu mai slightly to get a crispy outer later. Serve with chilli oil, satay sauce or yoghurt.

Microwave for 1-2 minutes. Make soup base with soup stock (eg. wonton stock/chicken or pork stock) and add siu mai into soup. Add a sprinkle of spring onions and some vegetables. Season with salt, freshly ground pepper and sesame oil.
